By using this app, you consent to having your data stored in the cloud. This app saves data to a cloud-based PostgreSQL database, which is fully SSL encrypted and compliant with SOC2 and GDPR standards. Data collection is facilitated by Google Cloud Run services, and stored in an ElephantSQL database.
If you’ve agreed to data collection, the application collects some usage data that are essential for us to deliver our services, to understand your needs, and to improve our services. This may include app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, in-app purchases, screen visits, session durations, or other information about how you interact with our app. These data are anonymized and aggregated from all users who gave us collection consent. The application also collects crashes and performance reports so we can improve the stability and performance of our app.
We obtain your email address when you first log in to the app. We use email communication only to provide app-related support, feedback or important information. The user’s email is securely stored and encrypted, and will only be accessed in the rare event where debugging is required; in these cases, the user’s explicit permission will be requested beforehand, via email conversation. Users may request a full download of the data they have uploaded to the app, and may also request that their data be deleted.
We do not sell any personal data, in any form, including mailing lists. All the data collected is for use only between Harden Analytics and affiliated third parties (such as ElephantSQL) to enable us to run the app.
